Teija McLeary

Real Estate Sales Representative

Teija McLeary is a Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Marketing. She was also inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society, recognizing academic excellence in business studies.

Prior to entering real estate, Teija worked with several non-profit organizations, including Grassroots Elite Canada and Y.A.A.A.C.E., serving as an Executive Administrator. In this role, she applied her management and marketing experience to help develop and promote programs supporting at-risk youth throughout Toronto.

Real estate has been part of Teija’s world from an early age. Growing up with a mother who worked as a Mortgage Broker meant that conversations about homeownership, financing, and real estate were a regular part of everyday life. Combined with her natural interest in real estate and passion for helping others, becoming a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative in 2014 was a natural career path.

With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Teija brings a knowledgeable, approachable, and client-focused perspective to every transaction. She works with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors, helping clients navigate each stage of the real estate process with confidence.

Teija also has access to an extensive network of trusted industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, lenders, and other service providers. Serving clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities, she understands that strong relationships, communication, and referrals are at the heart of a successful real estate business.
